摘要
笔者对公路项目经济评价的概念、原则、方法和步骤进行了深入讨论，指出评价理论和实践中存在的问题，提出了解决的思路，对公路项目可行性研究工作的开展有一定参考价值．
This paper discusses deeply.the concepts, principles,methods and steps in economic evaluation of highway project,points out the existing problem about evaluation theory and practice,proposes the relative way of thinking,It has certainreference value for development the feasibility research of the highway project.
