摘要
目的建立九味合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以TechsphereC18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇—1%醋酸溶液(35∶65),检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸在9.36￣74.88!g·ml-1范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.44%(n=6),RSD=1.63%。结论本法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Jiuwei Mixture. Methods The HPLC was performed on Techsphere C18 column with the mobil phase containing methanol-1% acetic acid solution（35：65）and set the UV director at 320nm. Results There was a good linear correlation in the range of 9.36-74.88μg·ml^-1（r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 100.44%（n=6）,RSD=l.63%. Conclusions The method is simple,rapid,accurate and available for the quality control of Jiuwei Mixture.
