摘要
针时传统称重系统的缺陷,结合高灵敏度电阻应变式压力传感器和高精度A/D转换器设计了以HC08单片机为控制核心的电子称重系统,给出了硬件电路和软件控制流程.这一系统实现了称重控制的智能化,具有成本低、精度高、稳定性强、电路简单等特点.实验确认,其称重平均绝时误差为1.437%.
With the high sensitive pressure sensor of resistance-strain model and the high precise A/D converter, the electronic weighing system based on HC08 is designed to overcome the flaw of traditional weighing system. The hardware structure and software flow sheet are also given. This system realizes the intelligentization of weighting control, and has the low costs, high accuracy, high stability and simple circuit. The experiment results show that the average absolute error is 1. 437%.
