摘要
自70年代以来,随着固相合成农药化合物分子的出现,固相合成已日益成为构建农药分子库的有力工具。本文综述了通过固相合成的时空效应,单保护对称双官能团分子,高效偶联及环化,连接分子的多样性来合成农药的研究和应用。
Solid phase synthesis has been widely used in building up the pesticide database since 1970s. In this paper, recently study and application of the versatile strategies of sohd phase synthesis in the construction of the pesticide skeleton have been reviewed.
