摘要
文章主要介绍了与ICG类似的几类近红外菁染料:ICG衍生物、Cy系列染料及IRDye系列,总结了它们的结构特征、光谱性质和修饰部位,着重介绍了它们与生物大分子结合形成的一些荧光标记复合物,并且就其与抗体、多肽、药物骨架等结合的复合物在生物医药领域的应用进行了阐述。
The research progresses of NIR cyanine dyes, especially Indocyanine green （ICG） analogs such as ICG derivatives, cy dye series and IRDye series, were mainly summarized in this paper. The structure and fluorescent spectral properties of these dyes were presented. Conjugating to some biomoleculars concluding antibodies, peptides and drug carriers, these fluorescent labeling conjugates and their application in biopharmaceutics were also offered in this paper.
