摘要
目的探讨慢性溃疡合并真菌感染的护理方法。方法对10例患者采取针对性的分期护理,配合积极的抗菌素、抗真菌药物治疗。结果6例患者痊愈出院,2例患者因经济原因出院后随访4个月后痊愈,2例患者感染控制后植皮手术,术后恢复好。结论慢性溃疡合并真菌感染影响痊愈,及早发现和针对性治疗护理对于提高其治愈率有重要意义。
Objective to investigate the nursing methods of chronic ulcer complicate with fungous infection. Methods lO patients were nursed by stages and given energetic therapy by antibiotics and antifungal agents. Results 6 patients recovered fully. 2 patients got recovery after 4 months of follow-up visit. 2 patients received dermoplasty after controlled infection and recovered well. Conclusion chronic ulcer complicated with fungous infection could delay recovery. It is important for raising the cure rate. to diagnose early and apply directive nursing.
