摘要
目的探讨会阴切开术的最佳方法。方法观察我院自然分娩的初产妇220例,其中会阴侧切110例为对照组,会阴正中切110例为观察组,两组均采用“00”、“000”爱惜康快薇荞缝合。结果观察组在缝合时间上明显短于对照组,P<0.01,对照组伤口感染裂开3例,观察组无感染裂开。结论会阴正中切开术具有创面小,出血少,产妇痛苦小,感染率低,产后康复质量高。
Objective To investigate optimal method of perineal incision. Methods observing 220 first parturient woman of nature childbearing in Zhuhai Civic Maternal and Child Health Hospital, 110 cases of lateral perineal incision as antitheses group and 110 cases of median perineal incision as control.group. Two group was sutured with ＂00＂ and ＂000＂ Kuai-weiqiao suture line of Ai-xikang.Result suturing time of control group is obvious short than antitheses group（P〈0. 01）. Three cases was infection and dehisced in antitheses group. None cases was infection and dehisced in control group. Conclusion Median perineal incision is small wound, litter bleeding, small pain, low infection and high quality healing.
