摘要
分析护理管理在血站质量管理中的重要性,提出护士素质的高低直接影响血液的质量和对献血者的服务。通过从政治思想素质、心理素质、专业素质等方面加强培养及加强继续教育,从而提高护理人员的综合素质,避免或减少差错事故的发生,提高服务质量和工作效率,保证血液采集和成分血制备质量,确保血液安全。
Objective Analysis of the importance of nursing quality management in quality management of blood center and brought forward the height of nurse diathesis deciding directly the height of blood quality and service to blood donors. Hethods strengthened the education of nurses＇ ideologicalpolitcal quality, psychological quality, professional quality and so on. Results The general quality of nursing staff was improved; the errors and accidents were avoided and reduced; the quality of service and the operating efficiency were improved; the quality of blood collecting and blood component preparation were assured; the safety of blood was ensured.
