摘要
目的探讨镰刀状肾实质切开术治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石的疗效。方法采用镰刀状肾实质切开术和无萎缩性肾切开取石术治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石各20例。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量和并发症发生情况。结果两组手术均顺利完成。平均手术时间治疗组为(123±35)min;对照组为(152±28)min。平均术中出血量治疗组(130±60)ml;对照组(200±72)ml。结石残留两组各有3例。术后大出血治疗组1例,对照组3例。结论镰刀状肾实质切开取石术有手术时间较短,术中出血少,术后大出血发生率小等优点,较适用于治疗复杂性鹿角状肾结石。
Objectives To evaluate the sickle renal parenchyma incision for the removal of complex staghorn renal stone.Methods 40 cases of complex staghorn nephrolithiasis were divided into 2 groups randomly （each group 40 cases）. In treatment group sickle renal parenchyma incision was used to remove stone and control group was treated with nonatrophic nephrolithotomy. The duration of operation, operative bleeding volume, and complication condition were investigated. Results Operations were all successful; The average duration of operation was（123±35）minutes in treatment group and（152±28） minutes in control group, The average operative bleeding volume was（130±60） ml in treatment group and （200±72） ml in control group, 3 cases of residual calculi in each group, 1 case of hematorrhea after operation in treatment group and 3 cases in control group. Conclusions The sickle renal parenchyma incision procedure has the advantages of short operative time, little intraoprative bleeding, less incidence of hematorrhea after operation. It is indicated for the removal of any complex staghorn renal calculi.
