摘要
目的介绍利用LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变的可行性。方法利用LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变三级共69例,进行回顾性临床分析。结果本组69例病例均成功利用LEEP刀完成宫颈上皮内瘤样变切除术,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、并发症少、切除物可送检等优点。结论我们利用LEEP刀切除宫颈上皮内瘤样变,在实践中证明是安全、有效、经济的术式,易于为广大患者所接受,值得在妇产科临床中推广。
Objective To study the feasibility of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） for the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. Methods 69 cases of CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ treated by LEEP were analyzed retrospectively. Results CIN excision by LEEP was performed in all the cases successfully. The procedure has many benefits including short operatingtime,a little bleeding,a few complications, available pathologic examination and so on. Conclusions LEEP is a kind of safe, effective and economical method for the management of CIN. So it is worthwhile to popularize LEEP in gynecological field.
