摘要
介绍了一种新的智能化汽车转向拉杆接头总成疲劳试验台的机械结构和控制原理。该试验台可实时采集试验中拉杆接头的磨损情况、转动力矩、摆动及转动的频率、试验次数等数据,并对载荷的大小及变化频率、拉杆接头的摆转频率进行控制。试用表明,该试验台的机械性能及自动化程度完全达到国外同类设备的性能指标。
Mechanical structure and controlling principle of a new intelligent fatigue test rigfor motor vehicle steering link connector assembly is presented. The test rig can collect such datain real time during testing as wear condition,turning torgue,swing frequency of link connector andnummber of times of test etc. and can control value and frequency variation of load and swing fre-quency of link connector. Mechanical property and degree of automation of the rig can entirelyreach those of foreign similar equipment in practical operation.
