摘要
大学生党员既有普通大学生和普通党员的共性,又存在其特有的培养目标和素质标准。通过对大学生党员发展的实践与调查的结果表明:针对大学生党员发展的数量不断上升、质量不断提高、制度不断完善的现状,其质量的保障必须建全完善的审核标准、坚持民主程序、加强教育培训、构建实践平台等方法和途径。
Compared with ordinary university students and common CPC members, university student party member have universals as well as special training goals and quality criterions. Surveys results indicate the quantity of university student party members is increasing, the quality is promoting and the system is developing. The quality guarantee lies in the method of establishing examine standard, insisting in democratic process, enhancing education training, constructing practice base and so on.
