摘要
为实现江苏省水利与经济社会的协调发展,提出了水利能力的内涵,建立了综合反映江苏省水利能力的评价指标体系和经济社会发展状况的经济社会评价指标体系。根据水利能力与经济社会协调发展度的模型,计算了江苏省水利能力与经济社会发展的协调程度。结果表明,江苏省水利能力与经济社会发展属优质协调型,与经济社会发展水平相比,水利能力略有滞后。
It is vital for sustainable development that water conservancy develops with economy and society in harmony. In this paper, the meaning of water conservancy capability was analyzed firstly. The evaluation indicator system of water conservancy and economic-social development in Jiangsu Province was set up. By founding the model, the coordination degree between water conservancy capability and economic-social development of Jiangsu Province was calculated. The result indicated that the compatibility is good but that the water conservancy capability is lag compared with the developmental level of economy and society.
