摘要
采用不同浓度的赤霉素、硫酸铝、柠檬酸对连翘枝条进行处理。结果表明,赤霉素、硫酸铝、柠檬酸在浓度为3%的蔗糖溶液配合下能显著提高连翘的开花率,提早开花。其中,赤霉素150mg/L、柠檬酸600mg/L、硫酸铝250 mg/L处理最为显著,能显著提高开花率,并且开花日期可提早70d。
The branch of weeping forsythia was treated with the different concentrations of GA3,Al2 （SO4）3 and citric acid solution. The result indicated that GA3,Al2 （SO4）3 and citric acid solution can improve obviously the blossom rate of weeping forsythia and the flowering time in advance. Among them the mixed solution （GA3l50 mg/L, citric acid 600 mg/L and Al2（SO4）3 200 mg/L） was the best, which can improve blossom rate obviously and make the date of blossom in advance for 3 to 4 days.
