摘要
目的分析椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的脑干听觉诱发电位。方法对110例椎基底动脉供血不足患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查,并记录其各波潜伏期(PL)、波峰间潜伏期(IPL)的数值。结果110例患者中,86例正常,VBI患者BAEP异常率高达78%,且以IPL异常率最高,其中又以III-VIPL延长为著。结论与临床相结合,有助于椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断。
Objective To analysis the brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI） . Methods 110 patients with VBI were studied by BAEP. The data of every wavers peak latency and interpeak latency were recorded. Result Out of 110 patients with VBI, 86 were abnormal. The abnormality rate of BAEP was 78%. The abnormality of IPL was more obvious, especially the IPL of Ⅲ-Ⅴ wave. Conclusion Conmbination of clinical sumptom and BAEP might benefit the diagnosis of VBI.
