摘要
目的 评价草酸铂（L—OHP）联合亚叶酸钙（CF）和氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）时辰化疗方案治疗直肠癌近期疗效和毒副作用。方法 60例直肠癌患者，其中时辰化疗组32例，对照组28例，时辰化疗组给予L—OHP 150mg／m^2，d1；10：00～16：00，CF 100mg／m^2，d1-5，22：00～24：00；5-Fu 500mg／m^2，d1-5，24：00～10：00。对照组给予L-OHP 150mg／m^2，d1,9：00～12：00，CF100mg／m^2，d1-5，12：00～14：00，5-Fu500mg／m^2，d1-5，14：00～18：00，按WHO标准评价疗效和毒副作用。结果 时辰化疗组CR7例，PR11例，总有效率（CR＋PR）56．3％；对照组CR2例，PR7例，总有效率32．1％。结论 L—OHP联合CF和5-Fu时辰化疗方案治疗直肠癌疗效较高，安全性好，副作用小，值得进一步临床观察。
Objective To evaluate the near therapeutic effect and toxicity of civcombination with chemotherapy oxaliplatin （L - OHP）. calcium folinate （CF） and 5 - Fluorouracil （5 - Fu） on rectum carcinoma. Methods 60 rectum carcinoma patients, of which the civcombination chemotherapy group were 32. with L- OHP 150mg/m,day 1,continues from 10Am to 4Pm; CF 100mg/m,day 1 - 5.continues from 10 Pm to 12 Pm; 5 - Fu 500mg/m2. dayl - 5.continues from 12 Pm to 10Am. The group of contrast were 28. used the methods： L- OHP 150mg/m, day 1, continues 9 Am to 12 Am; CF 100mg/m, day 1-5,continues 12 Am to 2 Pm.5- Fu 500mg/m. day 1 - 5, continues 2 Pm to 6 Pm. We evaluated the effects and side effects in accordance with WHO criteria. Results The civcombination chemotherapy group CR was 7, PR was 11, the total effective rate（CR ＋ PR） rate（CR ＋ PR） was 32.1 %. Conclusion was 56.3% ,and CR was 2, PR was 7 in the contrast group, the total effective The way to treat the rectum carcinoma by using L- OHP and timing 5- Fu/CF is effective, safe and low toxicity. It deserves further clinical observation.
