普卢利沙星胶囊含量和溶出度测定方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立用紫外分光光度法测定普卢利沙星胶囊含量及溶出度的方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以0.1m olL/盐酸溶液作为溶剂,测定波长为274nm。结果线性范围为1~10μg/m L,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.29%(n=9)。结论紫外分光光度法测定普卢利沙星胶囊含量及溶出度的方法简便,结果准确。 Objective To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of the content and dissolution test in prulifloxacin tablets. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used, 0. 1 mol/L HCl as dissolution medium, and the detection at 274 nm. Results The linearity of calibration curve was in the range 1 - 10μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was r =0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.9% (RSD=0. 29%, n =9). Conclusion The method is easy to operate and the results of the determination are accurate.
