摘要
介绍一种简便、实用的血清糖化低密度及极低密度脂蛋白测定法。测定结果批内变异系数为２．９％，批间变异系数为３．８％，１６０名健康成人其中９６名男性参考正常值为２０．１±１０．４；６４名女性参考正常值为２０．４±７．４，男女之间无统计学差异。本文还研究了不同干扰物试验，其中肌酐。尿素氮、葡萄糖、维生素Ｃ结果发现均无干扰，但血红蛋白浓度在８０ｇ／ｄ１时有明显干扰。
A simple,convenient and practical methed for the detertion of serum glycosylated low density lipoprotein and glycosylated very low density lipoprotein was introduced. The CV value of intra-assay and interassay were 2.9%and 3.8%, respectively in 160 healthy adults were detected,including 96 men and 64 women.The reference values of men and women were 20. 1±10. 4 and 20.4±7.4, respectively.There were not statistically significant differences between men and women.In addition,several interference tests were performed.It was found that creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glucose and vitamin C didn't interfere to this assay, but there was evident interference when concentration of hemoglubin was 80gl/d1.
