6个甘蓝自交系的3个主要营养品质性状配合力分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用P(P+1)/2完全双列杂交设计对6个甘蓝自交系的3个主要营养品质性状进行一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)分析,结果表明:3个性状同时受加性和非加性效应控制。同一品质性状不同亲本的GCA差异很大,同一自交系不同品质性状的GCA也有差异,在6个自交系中Vc的一般配合力效应值最高的是P6亲本;还原糖的一般配合力效应值最高为是P1;P6粗纤维的一般配合力效应值最低。同一性状不同组合和同一组合各性状的SCA效应值均有较大差异。试验中Vc含量的特殊配合力较好的有P1×P2、P3×P4、P4×P5;还原糖含量特殊配合力较好的有P1×P6、P3×P5;而对于要求降低粗纤维含量的育种要求,选择P1×P4较为适合。 The general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) of 3 major nutritional quality characters in 6 inbred lines of cabbage were analysed through P(P + 1 )/2 complete diallel cross The results showed that the three characters were controlled simultaneously by both additive gene actions and non-additive gene actions. The difference of GCAs for each character was great between different parents, and for one inbred line also there was difference between the GCAs of different characters. Among 6 inbred lines, P6 had the highest C-CA of vitamin C and the lowest GCA of crude fiber, and P1 had the highest GCA of reducing sugar. The SCAs of a character between different combinations were quite different and so were the SCAs of different characters for one combination. P1 × P2, P3 × P4 and P4 × P5 had a better SCA of vitamin C, and P1 × P6 and P3 × P5 had a better SCA of reducing sugar character. P1 × P4 combination was appropriate for the breeding purpose of low crude fiber.
