Design and Application of Adaptive Prediction Controller in Typical Large Time Delay Process in Power Plant

摘要 电站典型大滞后过程难于控制的原因在于其大滞后本身导致系统不稳定及锅炉负荷频繁变化导致的参数时变特性。本文设计了一种模型参考自适应预估控制算法,引入二阶惯性与时间滞后两个补偿器,其主要参数如增益、时间常数和滞后时间均可在线自适应调整,致使过程与参考模型时刻匹配。该算法已应用于电站200 MW锅炉机组再热汽温过程控制,控制精度达到2℃以内。 he difficulty for controlling larger time delay process is unsteady plant and time-variation parameter character due to boiler load change frequently in the power plant. An adaptive prediction control algorithm is designed for the reference model ,and two compensators are introduced--one is two order compensator for process, another one is time delay compensator for the reference model, and the main parameters of compensators, such as gain,time constant and time delay are adjusted by the adaptive law online, so the process can match the reference model at any time. The algorithm is applied in a 200 MW peak regulating drum boiler for reheating temperature process, the temperature can be controlled within ±2℃.
