并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植16例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨并行循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术的疗效。方法比较并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植术16例和非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术33例的临床资料。结果两组术后旁路通畅率为100%。住院时间并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(18±7)d,非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(18±8))d;入住重症监护病房时间:并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(48±14)h,非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(57±32)h;心房颤动发生率:并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植术1/16(6%),非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术为4/33(12%)。结论并行循环冠状动脉旁路移植术也是一种合理和安全的术式。 Objectives To compare the outcome of off-pump CABG versus on-pump CABG with beating heart. Methods From 2004 to 2005, CABG was performed in patients included 33 without CPB (OPCAB) and 16 with CPB (on-pump CABG with beating heart). The outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The mean hospital stay was (17.6±6) days for on-pump CABG with beating heart group and (18.2±8) days for OPCAB group. Average ICU stay was (48.1±14.2)hours for on-pump CABG group and (56.6±31.6)for OPCAB group (P=0.271) Atrial fibrillation occurred in 6.2% of on-pump CABG group and in 12.5% of OPCAB patients (P〈0.01). Patency rate in both group were 100%. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that on-pump CABG with beating heart is safe and efficient method.
