凡纳滨对虾生长性状的微卫星DNA标记分析 被引量:9

Analysis of Microsatellite DNA Markers for the Growth Trait in White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 利用TUMXLv6.124、TUMXLv8.32、TUMXLv9.145、TUMXLv6.63和TUMXLv7.121c等5个微卫星标记分别对2个凡纳滨对虾群体的基因组DNA进行检测,用SSPS软件分析标记基因型和凡纳滨对虾体重之间的关系.分析结果表明,微卫星位点TUMXLv6.124和凡纳滨对虾的体重显著相关.在该位点中,基因型TUMX-Lv6.124-AA的个体的体重均值显著高于基因型TUMXLv6.124-AB和TUMXLv6.124-BB.其他4个微卫星标记和凡纳滨对虾的体重关系不显著. In this study, five microsatellite DNA markers (TUMXLv6. 124, TUMXLv8.32, TUMXLvg. 145, TUMXLv6.63 and TUMXLv7. 121c ) were selected to analyze genomic DNA samples from two groups of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannarnei by using polymerase chain reaction. After genotyping, statistic analysis was conducted to evaluate the correlation between the five microsatellite DNA markers and the body weight of white shrimp by using SSPS program. The analyses showed that microsatellite locus TUMXLv6. 124 was remarkably correlative to the body weight of white shrimp. The body weight of the shrimps with the TUMXLv6. 124-AA genotype was significantly higher than those with the TUMXLv 6. 124-AB genotype and TUMXLv 6. 124-BB genotype. Whereas the other four markers were not significantly correlative to the body weight of white shrimp.
