摘要
从成本—收益的净现值、内部收益率及明瑟收益率等几个指标出发,说明了投资研究生教育有利可图,并结合其他的理论分析和现实因素,得出了对研究生教育实行收费的结论,同时对如何收费提出了自己的建议.
This paper begins with several indexes such as the Net Present Value（NPV） ＆ the Internal Rate of retum（IRR） of the cost-earnings, Mincerian Rate of Return, and proves that the postgraduate education investment is lucrative. Combining other theory analysis and realistic factors, We propose the suggestion of charging to the postgraduate education and put forward the proposal about how to charge.
