摘要
以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠和丙烯酸聚氧乙烯酯为单体、过硫酸铵为引发剂,经水溶液聚合制备了可用作聚羧酸盐高效减水剂的聚醚接枝丙烯酸/甲基丙烯磺酸钠共聚物.讨论了聚合体系中各单体用量和侧链聚合度对减水剂性能的影响,结果表明:引发剂用量为2%(质量分数)、聚合温度为70℃、聚合时间为5 h是较合适的聚合条件.另外还通过红外光谱表征了聚醚接枝丙烯酸/甲基丙烯磺酸钠共聚物的结构.
A polyether grafted copolymer of acrylic acid/sodium methylacrylsulfonate, which can be used as superplasticizer, was prepared by water solution polymerization using acrylic acid, sodium methylacrylsulfonate and acrylic acid-polyoxyethylene ester as monomers and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The influence of dosage of monomers and length of side chain on the properties of water-reducer are discussed and the suitable technologic conditions are determined. The structure of copolymer was characterized by FT-IR spectrum.
