摘要
本文介绍了开闭蒸锅盖的一种特殊的气动控制回路。该回路有2个突出点,一是在关盖过程中,如何防止过大的重力力矩,将锅盖砸到锅身上;二是由于蒸锅周围环境差,不能使用常规的行程发信元件进行控制。以上两点使该回路变得很复杂,读图较困难,故本文对设计特殊点作出说明,并借助框图形式对回路动作过程作出分析。
The paper introduced a particular pneumatic control circuit to open and close the boiler lid. This circuit has two outstanding points. First, how to prevent the boiler lid smacks on the boiler body due to excessive gravity moment in the closing lid process. Second, the conventional stroke signal elements cannot be used in the circuit because the environment around the boiler is adverse. Due to above two points, the designed circuit became very complex, and to understand the circuit diagram is more difficulty. So the paper introduced in detail the design characteristics and the circuit action process by means of the block diagram.
