在市场经济条件下和国际贸易中,买卖双方十分需要用检测数据来判定合同中产品质量。因此,实验室的资格和技术能力的评价显得尤其重要。为此各国和各地区纷纷建立自己的实验室认可制度和体系。我国也根据需要,建立了中国实验室国家认可体系。
The examine data is seriously needed to determine the quality demand in a deal by both sides of the business in international trade. As the result, the evaluation of the qualification and technique ability of a laboratory is especially important So every country and region set up their own laboratory certificate system. Our country set up Chinese laboratory national certification system according to our needs.
