摘要
把弹性较好的条形织物看成是一个具有内摩擦约束的弹性条,通过简单的流变模型及公式将织物在弯曲折皱过程中的重要性质表征出来;对毛、毛/涤及尼龙条形织物在折皱时力与变形的关系进行了分析与计算,利用织物在KES-FB-3压缩仪上得到的实验数据、实测点计算所得的模型参数,能较好地反映织物折皱弯曲规律。理论计算值与实测值吻合程度较好。
This paper presents a method to predict wrinkle force of woven fabrics based on the elastic property and the internal friction effect of fabric. The fabrics are considered as elastic sheets with internal constraints, which follows a linear elastic element in parallel with a sliding element. Parameters of the model are obtained from the real tests for wool, nylon and wool/polyester blended fabrics using KES-FB-3. The comparison of the experifnental results and theoretical predictions indicates that the agreement between them is satisfactory.
