摘要
环氧树脂的生产中,环氧氯丙烷作为一种过量的原料,加以回收时与水一起被蒸馏出来,造成废水中的CODCr达1.0×105mgL,同时酚醛环氧树脂的生产也产生较多的含酚废水。本文介绍了一种环氧树脂清洁生产的新工艺,通过精馏环氧氯丙烷废水和含酚废水,能降低CODCr,回收环氧氯丙烷和苯酚。
In the production of epoxide resin,epichlorohydrin,as a excessive material is distilled with water,which causes COD_ Cr up to 100 000 mg/L.Meanwhile,the production of phenolic resin leads to much wastewater containing phenol.The paper presents a new treatment technology of epoxide resin wastewater.By distilling the wastewater,epichlorohydrin and phenol can be recovered efficiently.COD_ Cr and phenol can be greatly reduced.
