摘要
为进一步探讨分布到外鼻的动脉,在16例成人尸体鼻上解剖观察。发现外鼻的动脉主要包括鼻背动脉、鼻外侧动脉、鼻翼动脉、鼻翼下缘动脉、鼻中隔动脉等,这些血管85%为面动脉的分支。观察结果表明,外鼻的动脉在鼻孔周围呈大、小两组环状分布。提示鼻端、鼻小柱血运丰富,并可能存在双向血供;同时,颈内、外动脉系统血流可能在鼻端汇合,当双侧颈外动脉结扎后,鼻端仍存在血供。文中就鼻血管的名称及分支分布特点等进行了讨论。
An anatomical study of the arteries of the external nose was undertaken in 16 adult ca- davers.These arteries included dorsal nasal artery,the lateral nasal artery,the naso-alar artery,the lower naso-alar marginal artery and the nasoseptal artery,etc.Eighty-five percent of them was branch- es of the facial artery.The results showed that the external nasal arteries distributed around the nostril in a small and a large circle,which suggested that there may be a two-way blood supply on the nasal tip and the columella.The circulation of the internal and external carotid artery may join on the nasal tip where the blood supplies still remain even after bilateral carotid arteries are ligated.The names of the branches and their features are discussed in the paper.
