摘要 基于沉积岩石学有关岩石形成理论和油层物理相关知识,采用正交试验设计方法对纯砂岩人造岩心进行了5因素5水平的渗透率试验设计.结果表明,不同粒级石英砂和胶结物的质量对渗透率的影响不同,其主次因素顺序为:粒径小于o.074mm的砂粒质量,粒径在0.150~0.250mm的砂粒质量,粒径在0.100~0.150的砂粒质量,粒径在0.074~O.100mm的砂粒质量以及胶结物质量.根据正交试验设计结果,形成了混合泥质砂岩人造岩心的制作方法. In order to compose synthetic cores of laminated and dispersed shaly sands, the resistibility model is established. Based on the theory about rock formation in sedimentology and some knowledge in reservoir physics, permeability test of 5 factors and 5 levels for clean sands is carried out using orthogonal test. The results show that the effects on permeability by quality content of different grain sizes of sands and quality content of cementing material are different. The influence order on permeability is: sand content whose grain diameter is less than 0.074 mm, sand content whose grain diameter is between 0.150~0.250 mm, sand content whose grain diameter is between 0.100~0.150 mm, sand content whose grain diameter is between 0.074~0.100 mm and cementing material content. According to the orthogonal test, a new method of making synthetic cores of laminated and dispersed shaly sands is developed.
