静电机理对核孔膜过滤气溶胶的影响

摘要 实验研究了静电机理对核孔膜过滤气溶胶的影响,在Zebel数学模型的基础上,经改进建立了核孔膜静电场的物理及数学模型,该模型考虑了对邻孔间静电场相互影响的修正。在实验手段上解决了核孔膜及粒子消电和充电问题。采用数值解法计算了核孔膜在静电、碰撞、截留三种机理作用下的综合过滤效率。附加考虑扩散机理后的总效率与实验结果吻合得相当好。提出了粒子或核孔膜一方带电时的镜象力影响分析,对理论分析与实验结果之间存在的偏差作出了合理的解释。 A large number of experiments are conducted in order to find out the effect of electrostatic charge on aerosol filtration by nuclepore filters (NPF). A physical and mathematical model, which gives the correction of the neighboring pores effects on the electrostatic field, is developed for the calculation of the electrostatic field of NPF. The comprehensive efficiency of NPF, which takes into acount the influences of electrostatic, impaction and interception, is found out by means of numerical solution. The total theoritical filtration efficiency of NPF, with the addition of diffusivity, agrees with experimental results. A certain deviation between the calculated efficiency and the experimental one exists in the case of either neutual particles or neutual NPF. The author gives a discussion on effect of image force, thus making a reasonable semiquantitative explanation for above error.
