摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血的治疗,寻求最佳治疗方法,达到最佳治疗效果。方法选取高血压脑出血患者36例,分别经过内科、外科治疗,进行疗效分析。结果高血压脑出血内科治疗与常规小骨窗开颅血肿清除治疗疗效无显著性差异,微创钻孔血肿抽吸引流较内科治疗及开颅治疗疗效好。结论微创钻孔血肿抽吸引流是高血压脑出血的首选治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatement methods in hypertentive cerebral hemorrhage and find the best method. Methods 36 patients with hypertentive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from the year of 1997～2002 to compare the effects of internal treatment and surgical treatment by retropective analysis. Results No significant difference was found between internal treatment and routine clearance of hematoma by craniotomy with bone flap, while trepanation and hematoma suction and drainage was better than the former two methods. Conclusion Trepanation and hematoma suction and drainage is the first choice of treating hypertentive cerebral hemorrhage.
