摘要
根据CAE技术网络化与协同化的发展趋势,描述了协同CAE的基本概念和技术目标,提出了CAE协同的三个协同策略,分别是分析任务间的协同、前处理过程协同、CAE与CAD设计流程的协同。基于这三种协同策略,首次创建了协同CAE的层次结构系统模型。为了实现这一系统模型,研究了系统的技术结构方案,并对协同分析方案规划以及基于PDM的协同过程管理两项关键技术进行详细描述,通过CAE技术与各项协同过程管理技术的结合,能提供多用户多任务的CAE并行协同分析环境。最后介绍了系统运作流程,并用实例验证了系统及技术方案的可行性与适应性。
: Following the CAE technology networking and collaborating trend, the basic concept of collaborative CAE and the technological aim are described. And three collaborative strategies are put forward, which are collaboration in tasks, collaboration in pre-process and collaboration with CAD design flow. According to collaborative strategies, the framework of collaborative CAE is built by arrangement structure method at first time, and the technological structural model is put forward. The collaborative analysis scheme programming and the process management of collaboration based on PDM are explained detailedly as key technologies. The concurrent collaborative analysis environment for multi-user and multi-task is provided by the integration of the CAE technology and the collaborative process management. Finally the implementation and case study are described to verify the feasibility and adaptability of system.
