摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,考察其有效成分含量,为吴茱萸超微饮片的质控提供可靠方法。方法:色谱柱为大连依利特公司HypersilBDSC18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)柱;流动相为乙腈-含0.04%辛烷磺酸钠和0.05%磷酸的水溶液二元梯度洗脱,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0m·lmin-1,检测波长为225nm。结果:初步建立了吴茱萸超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了20个共有峰。结论:利用HPLC指纹图谱可以较全面地控制吴茱萸超微饮片的内在质量。
Objective: To determine the HPLC fingerprint of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae and to test its potent constituent content. Methods: Chromatographic column: Hypersil BDS C 18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase: acetonitrile -0.04% octane sulfuric acid sodium salt and 0.05% phosphoric acid in water in a gradient mode. Column temperature: 35℃. Flow rate: 1.0 ml·min^-1 Wavelength: 225 nm. Results: The fingerprint of Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae was established and 20 common peaks were found in the fingerprint. Conclusion The methods and data can be used to control the quality of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae.
