摘要
倾销实际上是一种“差价销售”,即在两个市场上,同一种商品用两种不同价格出售。倾销并非都是有害的,真正需要抵制的是那种恶意倾销。反倾销是一种极为有效的贸易保护手段。但是,目前反倾销措施被滥用了,成为贸易保护主义的一种武器。
Dumping, in essence, is kind of selling at different prices, that＇s to say, the same product is sold at different prices in two markets. Nothing but the evil dumping is harmful. Anti-dumping is an effective means of trade protection, which is unfortunately abused.
