摘要
本文对生精补血汤的补血及抗应激作用进行了观察,结果生精补血汤(10g/kg 和20g/kg)能增加正常小鼠白细胞和显著减轻^(60)Co 照射(350Rad)及腹腔注射环磷酰胺(100mg/kg)所致的外周白细胞或血红蛋白的降低;能显著降低^(60)Co(750Rad)照射小鼠的死亡率和延长小鼠常压下缺氧的存活时间及游泳持续时间。提示中医生精补血方药不仅能对抗放射、药物引起的骨髓造血损伤,且能提高应激状态下机体生存能力。
Experimental researches have proved that the Decoction for Promoting Essense Production and Blood can in- crease the number of leukocyte in normal mice,markedly lessen the reduction of peripheral leukocyte and hemoglobin caused by radiation with ^(60)Co and injection of cyclophosphamide,markedly reduce the mortality of mice given radiation of ^(60)Co and prolong the surviving time and swimming time of mice when there is a lack of oxygen.This suggests that this decoction can not only relieve damage to the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow caused by radiation and drug administration,but also increase the survival ability of the body under stress.
