摘要
公平一直是人类追求的美好理想,然而目前社会,由于公平机制的普遍缺乏,社会结构存在着严重失衡,社会的综合发展面临着严峻考验。因此,党的十六大四中全会提出构建和谐社会的思想。要构建和谐社会,公平是关键。
Fairness has always been regarding as the beautiful ideal sought by the man, however, in the present society, due to the common absence of the fairness mechanisms, the society structure are existing serious imbalance and society comprehensive development are facing sharp test. Based on the actual situation, in the fourth conference of the 16th congress of CPC the thought of building a harmonious society had been put forward. And in order to turn the harmonious society into reality, fairness is the key to it.
