摘要
通过对贾汪电厂水工区域控制方式的探讨,结合运行中出现的问题分析了原PLC控制系统的不足之处以及进行DCS改造的必要性。介绍了贾汪电厂#2机组运用DCS改造水工区域控制系统的项目概况,给出了此次改造的目的与意义、软硬件配置、网络结构,以及改造后的效果。
Comparing the characteristics of DCS to PLC,we have explored the contol method of hydraulic area in JiaWang Power Plant,combining with problems which appeared in operation process,and then we have analysed the deficiency of the previous PLC system and the neccessity of DCS reforming.This paper introducecl the subject＇s survey of the hydraulic area＇s control system rebuilded by Unit 2 of JiaWang Power Plant with DCS, the software and hardware configuration,network construction and effect of the converstion is given.
