摘要
零售商和供应商的界面失调日益成为供应链管理中的重要问题。讨论了零售商和供应商界面及界面失调的概念，分析了界面失调产生的机理，提出通过3种类型的界面再造，来改善零售商和供应商界面失调问题。
The interface dysfunction of the retailer-supplier increasingly becomes an important problem in supply chain.In this article,we disouss the concept of interface of retailer-supplier,the concept of the interface dysfimction,and analyze the mechanism,generating the interface dysfunction.Then we propose three models of interface re-engineering,which can improve-the sydfunction.
