摘要
结合当代城市居民生活方式和住宅开发模式,探索城市花园住宅成为实现康居的现实道路之一。在简要介绍了建国来昆明对花园住宅的探索后,对当代昆明城市花园住宅进行了研究,并对城市花园住宅的发展提出借鉴和思考。
With the modern citizen＇s living-type and the residential developing mode, this paper discusses how the urban garden house becomes one of the practical methods to realize the peaceful and happy housing. After introducing briefly the development of Kunming＇s garden house from PRC established, this paper researches the cases of kunming＇s modern garden house and puis forwards the references and thought to develop the garden house at last.
