摘要
通过对德国居住区在20世纪,特别是二战以后的发展的总结介绍,该文提出了影响当前住宅区规划设计的几点要素并着重分析了其重要性、作用及其对城市发展和环境的影响。
Through summarizing and introducing the development of residential distrlct in Germany in 20. Century, specially after World War Ⅱ, this article brings forwards the several key elements influencing the present planning design of the residential district, and analyzes emphatically on its importance, function and influences on the town development and environment.
