摘要
目的:探讨复方败酱颗粒对慢性结肠炎的治疗机理。方法:通过三硝基苯磺酸/已醇成功复制慢性结肠炎大鼠模型,应用复方败酱颗粒及5—氨基水杨酸分别灌胃治疗2周,测定结肠组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:复方败酱颗粒可明显升高模型大鼠SOD活力,降低MDA含量。结论:复方败酱颗粒通过抑制氧自由基反应干预了慢性结肠炎的发病过程。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Compound Patrinia Granules(CPG) on chronic colitis. Method: The rat models of chronic colitis were set up by trinitro - benzene - sulfonic aeid(TNBS) and alcohol, the CPG and 5 - aminosalicylic acid were given to the models for 2 weeks respectively, after that, we determine the content of SOD and MDA in intestine tissue. Result: The CPG strengthened the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA. Conclusioni The CPG intervene in the occurrence process of chronic colitis by inhibiting the oxyradical reaction.
