摘要
目的:观察免疫性肝损伤小鼠自由基的动态变化以及利肝舒冲剂对免疫性肝损伤小鼠自由基损伤的预防作用。方法:采用卡介苗活菌(BCG)联合脂多糖(LPS)建立免疫性肝损伤模型,观察小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的变化、肝组织病理学改变以及利肝舒冲剂对MDA、GSH-PX的影响。结果:(1)模型组GSH-PX活性随时间推移呈逐渐上升趋势,MDA含量在肝脏受损后先快速升高尔后迅速恢复正常。(2)利肝舒组与模型组比较:小鼠肝损伤明显减轻,自由基损伤改善明显,MDA显著下降,GSH-PX活性显著升高。结论:免疫性肝损伤小鼠存在严重的自由基损伤;利肝舒冲剂对小鼠免疫性肝损伤有预防作用。
Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of free radical of mice with immune liver injury and the preventive effects of Liganshu Granules on the free radical injury in mice with immune liver injury. Method: The immune liver injury model was induced with Bacillus Calmette - Guerin(BCG) and Lipopolysaccharide( LPS), the change of serum GSH - PX and MDA in mice , the pathologcal changes of liver tissue, the effect of LiGanShu Granuls on GSH - PX and MDA, were observed. Results : ( 1 ) the activity of GSH - PX increased gradually with time - lapse and the content of MDA raised quickly at liver injury, but returned for a moment. (2) Compared Liganshu granules with model group, the liver injury lightened and the free radical injury improved obviously in mice, and also the MDA reduced and the activity of GSH - PX increased. Conclusion: the mice with immune liver injury presented serious free radical injury. The Liganshu granules have the preventive effect on immune liver injury in mice.
