摘要
文章深入阐述了我国医疗卫生体制改革存在的突出问题;系统分析了产生这些突出问题的主要原因,指出改革思路混乱,政府职责缺位是问题产生的根本原因;最后提出了相应的对策建议。
The paper expound the main problems existed in the reformation of public health framework our country; systematical analyze the main reason happened to these problems. The author point to the fundamental reason that the government＇s position and responsibility isnt lay to right position, at last, put forward some advice and strategy.
