摘要
近几年来,在我国国有中小建筑设计院产权改革中兴起了一场MBO的实践。笔者采访了上海市勘察设计协会和几家改制后的设计公司,从协会有关专家以及设计公司管理层和员工那里了解到改制的背景和过程,从而试图分析MBO能带给他们怎样的竞争优势,并由此引出一些思考。
In recent years, MBO （Management Buy-Out） practice has flourished in China amidst the reform of the property rights of state-owned small and medium-sized architectural design institutes. Information related to the background and progress of the reform process has been collected Wthe author through interviews with experts of Shanghai Association of Surveying and Design and the management and staff of several reformed institutes, An analysis of the competitive advantages of such institutes after MBO has been made and possible future developments of this practice will be discussed.
