摘要
目的:探讨人性的哲学修订量表的信度和效度。方法:用人性的哲学修订量表调查驻济四所高校的1155名本科1￣4年级大学生,评定该量表的内部一致性、重测信度、结构效度和效标效度。结果:人性的哲学修订量表具有较好的信度和效度,量表总分及两个因子的Cronbachs’α系数均达0.7以上,验证性因素分析表明测量数据与量表结构拟合良好。结论:人性的哲学修订量表可用于评定我国大学生人际信任度。
Objective： To explore the reliability and validity of Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale. Methods： 1155 college students from four universities in Ji＇nan were administrated Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale. The internal reliability, test-retest reliability, construct validity and criterion validity were examined. Results： The Revised Philosophies of Human Nature scale had sound reliability,and the validity was satisfying. The Cronbach＇s α coefficients were larger than 0.7. Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit between the data and the construct of scale. Conclusion： The Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale could be used to assess trust of interpersonal relationships of Chinese college students.
