摘要
介绍了应用于囊体材料的各种气密性胶布材料和热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)胶布在性能、生产、加工和环保上的特点。重点对TPU胶布的各种制作工艺及先进的TPU在线挤出流延涂布工艺进行了叙述。总结了TPU胶布在各种充气囊体材料中的应用。
The kinds of air-tightness fabric materials which used for inflatable bags were introduced. The materials advantages in characteristic, production, manufacture and environment of TPU coated fabric were told. It was compared with various manufacture techniques for TPU coated fabric production and was introduced the technique of TPU extrusion coating and laminating in the paper. Finally the various applications of TPU coated fabric in inflatable materials were concluded.
