摘要
环境应力筛选已经广泛地应用于机载电子设备的研制、生产和使用阶段,它对提高机载电子设备的可靠性有重要的作用。通过实际的应用事例,论述了如何进行机载电子设备的环境应力筛选及所取得的成效。
Environmental stress screen （ESS） has been widely used in the development, manufacture and usage of airborne electrnnic equipment, and it plays an important role in the improvement of reliability of airborne electronic equipment. In this article, the application of ESS to the airborne electronic equipment and its effectiveness were presented with practical examples.
