介绍当前国内外恒温晶体振荡器在应用过程中经常会出现的几种失效模式,并通过具体的案例阐述其失效机理和失效原因。
The main failure modes of Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator will be introduced in this article. The failure mechanisms and root causes of failures will be discussed based on some failure analysis cases.
