CI脂酶抑制剂在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤中的保护作用

摘要 本文介绍心肌缺血再灌注时补体系统的激活,过敏毒素和膜攻击复合物的形成以及它们通过不同途径对靶细胞所发挥的生物学效应。CI脂酶抑制剂(CIINH)这一补体系统调节剂能抑制补体成分的激活和一些黏附分子的表达,从而对缺血心肌起到保护作用。 The article reviews activation of the complement system in cardiac ischemia-reperfusion, the product of the membrane attack complex, which contributes to tissue injury through different pathways. The complement moderator of Cl-esterase inhibitor can inhibit the activation of the complement system and the expression of adhesion molecule through which protect the ischemic myocardium.
